5G TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROFESSIONAL RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OF McWiLL

At the current stage of development of communication systems, there is an active transition from the 4G generation to 5G. A number of properties and methods inherent in the broadband professional radio communication system of the McWiLL technology correspond to 5G technologies to one degree or another. Despite the fact that only proprietary networks (to which McWiLL belongs) are acceptable for critical communications and solutions based on NR (5G) general use networks are not allowed, it seems useful to compare their performance characteristics. The proposed article discusses in detail the main distinguishing features of 5G and their analogues implemented in McWiLL.

The article discusses the analysis and prospects for the development of public wireless cellular communications. A review of modern communication technologies is made and proposals for organizing a fifth-generation communication network are formulated, which make it possible to systematically evaluate the prospects for using technologies of self-organizing networks and the possibility of their technical and organizational implementation.

The main idea of this paper is to represent Reed-Solomon codes as recurrent sequences constructed on the basis of a characteristic polynomial. This gives this type of codes the properties inherent in binary maximum length sequences and also ensures their processing by the dual basis of the Galois field. At the same time, the article shows the possibility of code compaction of Reed-Solomon dual codes into Gold codes. The methods of processing recurrent sequences proposed in the article can later be used to organize mechanisms for guaranteed information delivery in real-time streaming data transmission systems.

The article is devoted to revealing the peculiarities of the broadcasting system as an object of study in the course of modernization of its organizational and technical security measures. The study is conducted within the framework of developing a threat model. The conclusion is made that the system of television and radio broadcasting should be regarded as an information and telecommunication network, significant within the framework of digital economy, and its owners — as the subjects of critical information infrastructure. Consequently, the requirements to create computer incident
response centers must be met, and interaction with the State System for the Detection, Prevention and Elimination of Computer Attacks (GOSSOPKA) must be organized. The development of broadcasting system security should be based on modern models of active counteraction to computer attacks. This is ensured by simulating attacks on a test bed based on the information received.

The expediency of using algebraic linear codes for detecting and correcting errors in specialized computers is substantiated, which allows, in relation to the majority method and the duplication method, to significantly reduce hardware costs and use 10−30% of reserve equipment for these purposes. The possibility of using corrective codes to correct processor errors during information processing has been established. An example of using a Hamming code to correct processor errors during an addition operation is considered. It is shown that the existing algebraic codes cannot be used to control the arithmetic operations of subtraction and division, since they do not allow controlling the logical inversion operation necessary to represent a negative number in an additional code. An algorithm for constructing a code has been developed that makes it possible to control the logical operation of negation and, consequently, the representation of a negative number in an additional code. The parameters of the developed code are determined. An example of using the proposed code to control the arithmetic operation of subtraction is considered.

The article analyzes the area of permissible efficiency of radial-ring typical structures for building infocommunication networks based on the average harmonic and average difference values of the relative efficiency coefficients of their structural components, and justifies the need to introduce a range of levels for this area. The boundary values of the range of levels are determined and the corresponding mathematical models are developed.
