This article explores the interference of 5G networks on aeronautical mobile and maritime mobile radio service systems in 4800−4990 MHz frequency band. Additionally, the article describes the challenge of protecting communication systems located in the international airspace and neutral waters.

An analysis of various methods and means of counteracting a swarm of small-sized UAVs, including microwave methods of exposure, ultra-short pulses of electromagnetic radiation, microwave and laser radiation sources, is given. Methods for the formation of general directions for the effective solution of this problem are also considered.


METHOD OF OPTIMUM USE OF NETWORK RESOURCES FOR A ROBOT-MANIPULATOR

The paper discusses the process of information interaction of a robot-manipulator with a remote control system from the point of view of the efficiency of using network resources. A model of the manipulator control system in the case of serial transmission of commands and a method for selecting and maintaining the optimal parameters of interaction with the network from the position of efficient use of the channel, i.e. transmission of maximum useful data, are developed. The results obtained can be used in the provision of telepresence services in communication networks of the fifth and beyond generations for robotic devices and systems.


THE METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING THE TYPE OF DIGITAL MODULATION IN OPTICAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORKS

The article notes that the implementation of advanced digital modulation schemes and coherent transmission systems has led to the development of new diagnostic and network management methods. For this purpose, it is necessary to have information about the modulation formats and symbol rates of all received optical signals. A method for identifying the type of digital modulation in optical communication systems using convolutional neural networks, which provides higher accuracy (up to 99.9%) compared to other machine learning algorithms, is proposed. The results of the research have shown that the method proposed by the authors can be used in the development of optical transponders or in systems for monitoring the optical characteristics of communication lines during operation.


NONLINEAR DEMODULATION ALGORITHM FOR A SYSTEM BASED ON NOMA AND SPATIAL MULTIPLEXING

A demodulation problem is a subject of this article, it refers to a mobile system implementing advanced technologies like nonorthogonal multiple access and spatial multiplexing. A proposed nonlinear demodulation algorithm is more efficient than known successive interference cancellation algorithm and gets closer to maximum likelihood efficiency at a lower complexity.


ANALYSIS OF MODERN NOISE TOLERANCE ALGORITHMS FOR COHERENT OPTICAL SYSTEMS WITH DATA RATES AT 100 GBIT/S AND ABOVE

INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING THE STATE OF INFRASTRUCTURE ELEMENTS OF MULTISERVICE NETWORKS BASED ON HIERARCHICAL FUZZY INFERENCE

A system for processing information about the state of elements of multiservice networks is built. This system includes a block for generating an aggregated estimate and a block for separating objects of analysis. The block for generating an aggregated estimate is implemented using a hierarchical fuzzy inference system that aggregates information about the parameters that characterize the state of the network element. The block for separating objects of analysis is implemented using a sequence of fuzzy inference systems and distributes objects of analysis by state classes. The study of the proposed provisions showed the high sensitivity of the system in the event of deviations of the estimated parameters into the region of «bad» values, the ability to distribute the objects of analysis by state classes, and when using additional clustering methods, to select objects from the state classes that have close values of the characteristics taken into account. The proposed provisions lay the foundation for the creation of a complex of planning measures for servicing the network infrastructure of telecom operators.

The current backlog of the regulatory framework from several new network services has necessitated an urgent and adequate solution to ensure their progressive development. At the same time, the changes should consistently affect some existing regulatory and technical documents. The most urgent problems of regulatory regulation related to the identification of subscribers initiating voice call in the data transmission network are analyzed. This is especially important for ensuring the safety of communication networks in conditions of intensive growth of telecommunication traffic.
