The methodological approach to the information security compliance assessment of the communications equipment based on meta-standard ISO/IEC 15 408 is developed. The results of the synthesis of Security Functional Requirements for equipment of communication systems are presented. It is shown that the results of that synthesis might be the basis for advanced package of communications equipment security profiles. A conceptual model for certification of communications equipment is developed. It is substantiated that the proposed model provides the deterministic execution of tests and the repeatability and reproducibility properties. The time minimizing of the certification tests is investigated. It is shown that the reduction in the time of testing may be achieved through the use of covering test kits.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE RECEIVING ANTENNA ARRAY’S WEIGHT VECTOR IN DIFFERENT FORMS OF ITS LIMITATIONS, INCLUDING THE NOISE OF THE RECEIVER

V. Yudin, FGUP NIIR — SONIIR, Head of laboratory, professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech.); uvv@soniir.ru

In this article the problems to optimize the weight vector of arbitrary reception antenna array without the concentrated interference (including adaptive antenna array — until concentrated interference) are considered. A special feature of the approach is the noise of the receiver and forms of restriction weight vector as the factors influencing the process of optimization. Two forms of limitation — the norm and uniform limit are considered. The analysis in order to find the optimal weight vector in a general form is performed. The results of this analysis are show that in the presence of noise, the transition to the uniform restriction causes a shift of the optimum. All the necessary relations, both intermediate and final, expressing the solution of the optimization problem, are given. As an illustration, consider the solution of the problem for a specific antenna array.
Keywords: antenna array, weight vector, signal vector, scalar product, norm, uniform constraint, optimization, the ratio of «signal / noise» interference, noise, superdirectivity.
