Realization result of procedure of charge a fee for RF spectrum’s use in Russia and its improvement
The article defines the role of economic methods and particularly fee charging in frequency management system, describes methods used to define spectrum fees in Russian Federation and abroad, describes changes made to Russian Federation’s Methods of calculating one-time spectrum fee and annual spectrum fee, that have been implemented since 01.01.2012.

Simulation results of a NGN network’s operation under significant traffic growth. Part 2
In the article, the results of the simulation model designed for studies of quality of service in next generation network under dramatic increase of traffic are considered. Single-line teletraffic system is used as a model. The input to the system is the flow of calls (IP-packets) with different distribution laws. Call service time is constant. Queue is limited. Obtained results allow study of real processes of IP-packets service in the next generation network.

Usage conditions of barrage and spot jamming to code-divided signals data transfer systems with multiple growth of base and pseudo-random frequency hop are shown. intelligence and suppression of frequency hop spread spectrum and code-division multiple access signal sources system was modelled and analyze.

Intelligent system of analysis and evaluation of onboard digital computer system’s resistance to destructive electromagnetic effects
The approach to the organization of the hierarchical structure of intelligent system of analysis and evaluation of onboard digital computer system’s resist to destructive electromagnetic effects is offered. The adaptive nature of the levels of the system is determined by using the intelligent tools of fuzzy logic and neural networks for solving the tasks of destructive effects’ classification and clustering on the onboard digital computer system in accordance with the signs of these effects generated by the electromagnetic effect’s sensors.

Authentication as a path of Common Space of Trust Services
Foreign and Russian regulatory frameworks for remote authentication and trust space are generalized. Principal processes of remote authentication are considered. Levels of assurance in authentication and models of authentication trust spaces are proposed. The concept of common space of trust services (CSTS) is introduced. The relationship between authentication and CSTSis shown.
