E.A. Kovalenko, OOO «NTC SOTSBI», test engineer; kovalenko@sotsbi.ru

The theme of this work is the formulation and search for solutions to problems, allowing to predict the number of certificates issued, conformity assessment procedures provided for communications in the Russian Federation. The complexity of these problems is due to two factors. Firstly, the use of formal methods of forecasting is not always reasonable for several reasons. First of all, we should note the relatively small size of the random number. Secondly, the telecommunications industry is so significant changes occur, which significantly

This paper introduces an approach to calculation of tolerances location and height of the transmitter antenna on the basis of admissible change of an electromagnetic situation. It is shown that the tolerance on deviations depends on height antenna and radius of the service area. Values of tolerances location and height of the transmitter antenna are found for specific examples. On the basis of this approach it is possible to create regulations of Commission on Radio Frequencies (SCRF).
Keywords: electromagnetic situation; electromagnetic compatibility; location and height of the transmitter antenna; regulations of Commission on Radio Frequencies; tolerance of location of the transmitter antenna; tolerance height of the transmitter antenna.

THE GENERALIZED CRITERION FOR EMS AT REFARMING OF THE RANGE OF FREQUENCIES GSM1800 FOR LTE

V.G. Skrynnikov, MTS PJSC, Expert , corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Ph.D.; vskrynnikov@list.ru

The criterion is entered for simplification of an assessment and performance of conditions of EMS at a refarming of a radio-frequency range. Such criterion is based on equivalence of power characteristics in the replaced and again created networks of different standards which make EMS conditions for a new network, it is enough to consider distinctive features of the RES different standards only. Are calculated admissible number of transmitters in the LTE networks and the demanded restrictions of their power. On the basis of the received results the conclusion is drawn on universality of the offered criterion for an assessment of conditions of EMS of radio means of other standards.

FAST FADING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DIGITAL IONOSPHERE HF-SIGNAL AND REPEATED CONVOLUTIONS

Yu.A. Chernov, FSUE NIIR, the main scientific employee, Dr.Sci. (Tech.); Chernov45@mail.ru

The experimental data about the distribution laws of the fast fading of digital signals in a band 10 kHz on short waves are resulted, the approached way of their construction as replacement of convolution is offered. The results of measurements have shown, that the distributions of digital signals fast fading close follow the normal law. RMS of distributions fast fading from experience makes approximately 2−3 dB.

STRUCTURE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ADAPTIVE MULTIFREQUENCYMODEM WITH OPTIMUM FINITE SIGNALS

V.G. Sannikov, MTUCI, department of General theory of communication, professor, Ph.D., tes_mtuci@mail.ru
A.V. Alyoshintsev, MTUCI, department of General theory of communication, postgraduate student, alyoshintsev@mail.ru

The method of transmission of the discrete messages on the is frequency-restricted communication channel on the basis of the modem with multifrequency modulation is considered. The modem skeleton diagramme is developed. Modem optimisation is carried out thanks to synthesis for each channel of the modulator of two orthogonal finite signals not calling the intersymbol distortions and ensuring maximum value of a signal/noise ratio on entries of matched filters of the demodulator. In an aspect of that real duration of optimum finite signals less than a symbolical interval, is realised a possibility of boosting of spectral effectiveness of the modem; the theoretical analysis of its spectral-power effectiveness is given. It is shown that the offered modem is comparable on effectiveness with the best standard modems.

The microwave elliptic filters have a greater frequency selectivity compared to Butterworth or Chebyshev filters. In modern communication systems, radar systems and navigation systems the problem of reducing the weight and size characteristics of the devices is important. The new method of designing of microwave elliptic stepped filter with realization on the microstrip line is proposed.
